Effects of different trunk girdlings on fruit yield and pomological characteristics of persimmon (Diospyros kaki L. cv. Hachiya)

Objective: This study was performed to determine the effects of two girdling practices on yield and some pomological properties persimmon trees in 2019.
 Material Methods: The gridling were applied Hachia variety, common Çanakkale, as single girdling, double control. Girdling treatments after full blossom trees. Fruit variety determined. weight, fruit width, size, skin colour (L, a, b), pH, titratable acidity (TA) (%), flesh firmness (kg / cm2) total soluble solid content (TSS) determined.
